I come from a long line of sobadores (musculoskeletal healers) who taught me that the body carries truth and that skilled, attentive hands can help release it. Growing up in this tradition shaped my understanding of wellness: healing is personal, intuitive, and deeply connected to how God designed the body.
My journey has moved through athletics, personal training, rehabilitation work, massage therapy, and now chiropractic study. Each step has revealed the same truth: the body is a vessel, created with purpose, responsive to care, and capable of profound restoration when someone truly listens and facilitates that process.
Through years of palpation, study, and prayer, my hands have become my eyes. I don’t chase symptoms; I follow the story the tissue tells. Clients often say I find the exact places they couldn’t describe. That’s because I work with presence, discernment, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
